        I went in looking for a replacement battery for my Volvos key fob. There were two associates and they were both very customer centric and kind. The supervisor on duty, worked on multiple asks simultaneously while keeping a focus on the associate helping me with my key fob. It was the first time he had to work through end to end this type of project and his supervisor provided nudges and reassurance, redirecting when needed, for the associate to learn independently. It was actually really great to see someone allowing another to learn while providing a supportive accountability approach. The associate never gave up and in the end had a smile on his face knowing he learned something new.
