bohme and customer service obviously dont go hand in hand. maybe they willing choose to hire miserable people or underpaid immature high schoolers? every time i go into this shop its nothing but stale stares and fed up attitudes, and my favorite the not so subtle annoyed eye rolls. the return/exchange policy is non existent so if your looking to buy a gift for a loved one here thats a terrible idea because you cant even exchange sizes or you can and the employees are just too lazy to do it. dont waste your time energy or money here. hell i can get better service at mcdonalds!
