I have been wearing glasses or contacts since I was 8 years old and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an optometrist office. It took them several appointments to even get my prescription right (mostly because they would ignore my astigmatism or information from previous doctors) and their customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I cant even count the number of times I had to call or go in person to follow up on orders, or remind them to call things in for me. They also dont update their records so I had to re-explain my situation every single time I came in. They never did what they said they would do unless I harassed them constantly. This entire process has taken 5 months and Im still not thrilled with my prescription but at this point I cant spend more time or money to get it right. I will never come back here. Also, glasses are way cheaper online. Dont bother buying theirs.
