Terrible customer service experience. Extremely difficult to schedule an emissions retest. Outrageous costs on simple tasks (removing and reinstalling lower O2 Sensor $60-$160). Absolutely would not recommend. Edit:Spoke and worked with Alex, he was very helpful and willing to make amends and straighten things out. While Im not familiar with his Mechanic work, I can attest to his willingness to communicate and make amends. I appreciate his honesty and goodwill and can recommend him in this regard.

EXCELLENT customer service experience. Went the extra mile to take care of our issues, as always! Alex and Crew, in a field that - lets face it- can be a bit challenging, knows just how to make a customer feel comfortable. The job they were doing for us was not an easy one, but they were patient, focused, and professional. This car has had this problem since the point of purchase. After taking it to the place where we bought it, and then the dealer, Sav-Mor was the place that was able to get to the bottom of it after a step by step, curious approach. Their pricing was very fair, charging only half of the stated diagnostic fee, even though it took longer than anticipated. We will continue to seek out their help and guidance with our vehicles as the need arises.
