image Dr. Berry and Dr. Seamans are the best doctors in the office.

image Dr. Pace will invite students into your IUD removal without asking and he only gets male students. Dr. Berry used to refer people to Jodi Hildebrant, but Im sure he doesnt now that shes in jail for child abuse.

image (1) I really hoped that I wouldn't have to do this but apparently I do. I'm keeping the names of specific people (doctors, managers, and nurses) out because I just want this to be taken care of.
I made an appointment to get my next one on switched out on the phone. I usually go to a different clinic but my usual clinic was really full and I took a chance on Revere. On the phone, I asked if Revere takes my insurance and if it's going to be full coverage. The guy on the phone said yes and they do Nexplanon birth control all the time as well as it would be done that day.
I get to my appointment, and then get to wait 2 hours after my appointment time to finally get into a room with the doctor. There was also a nurse that wouldn't look me in the eye, already seeing red flags. The doctor then asked me a bunch of inappropriate questions. Not the normal doctor questions like you get because Utah State has to check your 'sanity' to make sure that you can have birth control. But commenting like I should let him take out my birth control too and let him birth my children once I stop this birth control stuff. All while he's rubbing my shoulder and the nurse still has not looked me in the eyes.
I then ask if I just need to take off my hoodie so that they can get access to my arm or what's the next steps trying to get out of there as soon as possible. He then looks confused and looks at the nurse and the nurse also looks confused. He says oh we can't do your IUD today. I said I'm not here for an IUD, I'm here for my Nexplanon to be switched out.He then leaves and I assume he's going up front to fix the error. The nurse finishes up the paperwork and walks me to the front.
This is where they start handing me pamphlets and talking about how to get 'loose' for that IUD appointment that's coming up for that. I correct. The front desk again mortified that they're even saying those things in front of all the people waiting in the waiting room.
I make my appointment and leave.
The next appointment I arrive early and only get to wait an hour and a half. Lucky me. I then get escorted back to a room and they tell me to take off my top and put on the gown and the doctor will be in quick. That's when nurse after nurse after nurse kept knocking on the door entering leaving knocking on the door entering leaving. Apparently they have me in a room that also doubles as a storage room.
I'm still trying to find the right side of this whole situation of thinking. This is going to be a really funny story. That's when the doctor comes in cleans the area numbs the area and then realizes I have my old Nexplanon still in my arm. He's then again looks up at me in shock. Looks at the nurse and then looks back at me and asks if I have a Nexplanon in. I repeat again. Yes, that is what the original appointment was, and what we talked in that meeting we have last time.
We then wait for the numbing to go down so he can take out the old Explanon and then he puts the new Explanon in the same area that the old one just came out of. Which I have never heard was even ok to do but I'm not a doctor, just have had this done three times prior to this one he was doing.
On my way out they then stopped me and charged me $75 before I could leave....
3 months later, the bombardment of billing and phone calls and text messages for another $24 has been the only thing on their mind. Since then, I've been also calling them trying to figure out why they're charging me again.
6 months later today's date, I tried to get a hold of the manager because the billing department requested that the clinic/manager takes care of that charge. I just got off the phone with someone who yelled at me for crying and kept asking me to calm down. While I heard people telling her what to say and laughing at me in the background.
And all I wanted was to talk to the manager who denied taking care of the $24 because they felt that basically my reasoning is unreasonable that I would ask them to take care of this.
This is genuinely the most uncomfortable and uncompassionate place. EVER.

image I had a physical where I mentioned I had a lab order for some bloodwork that I needed done. The doctor didnt pay attention to the time and waited until their blood draw clinic was closed for the day, and made me drive to a different lab for the blood draw. I was then referred out of network for a consultation instead of being sent to another revere doctor. I now have to get the same consultation dont somewhere that actually takes my insurance. Very frustrating and disappointing experience, will be finding a new general practitioner.

image *** I edited this review to current. The doctors are personable and great. I recommend Dr. Berry is great. This below review still remains for past experiences. They have improved their administration from the original review***

Do not go here. Been there three times. Two of them are horrible experiences. Read on
First, this office is more of an insurance farm. They overbook appointments and gear towards ROI growth. The customer service and management lacks any tangible organization. There are many different problems with both of those horrid visits, of which are likely covered in reviews, so I will just speak about my last.
I made an appointment today to get a tet shot due to a cut - which they booked. When I walked in, the receptionist said it would be a few minutes (which is typical most places). I responded facetiously - you mean 45 minutes. Of which she responded, - just a few minutes. We both slightly smiled and I sat down, knowing better.
About 40 minutes later, I was brought up to the desk, where I was told by a nurse or other that they had no shots. When I asked, Why make me sit here for about 40 minutes? She responded by saying sorry and that she didnt know I was here - looking down at the receptionist who looked back at her. They booked my appointment without even knowing or checking what they have in stock. That is Management 101. There was no mention of when they would get them, or to save a client by perhaps booking it the next day, or helping them fond another office immediately. There may be an infection - which they did not seem to think of from prior conversation.
Saying sorry takes 3 seconds. That avoidable sorry cost me 40 minutes, with the inability to get to another doctor to get a tet shot on a Friday due to my busy schedule and other offices being busy.
This office is simply horrific and I dont want o give more of my time to discuss the past. I am removing my family from this office and going elsewhere. We deserve better as human beings. Doctors have a code of ethics to care about their patients. There is zero care here from management, and management is a reflection of the doctors personalities and training.
If you like being farmed with hollow smiles, go here. If you want to see how much they care, look at the automated copy and paste responses from the past experiences (they likely will just change for my response to not add proof so you likely cant use this as an example). They are all the same and generic, without feeling. That is because it costs time to care.
Time is focused on booking and farming. Stay away.

I gave them a second chance and they are doing much better. My wife has been using them before she met me.
