        Employees through the drive thru today provided absolutely dismal service. We got our doughnuts and while we were paying for them, the employee proceeds to smash down our doughnuts and elbows the boxes. I enjoy Krispy Kreme, but this franchise needs to improve their hiring process because it seems I always run into subpar employees who do not care in the slightest.

        Their donuts have always been warm and perfect for me. Best of all, they have (a few times now) intentionally surprised me with a bonus free donut, which is very much appreciated :)
