Kristi the receptionist was amazing and for sure deserves a raise. She took the time to explain what problems I may be facing and how I could best tackle those problems. I could tell I was not wasting her time, instead she was genuinely invested in mine. She not only wanted to see my problem resolved through difficult insurance questions, but went above and beyond to make sure I knew the best approach and what can be done. Very grateful for her, very impressive work. Kristi and Dr. Bateman can't be matched as far as kindness and true passion for what they do. I never have come so close to tears in complete gratitude as I have with what they have done for me. I can't recommend this Dental Office enough. True angels work here.

I have had the worst experience with dr.Joshua M Bateman. He told me that he could get my front tooth crown on in about 4 months, I need a bone Bone graph so he recommended me to a very professional Doctor, Dr Jenkins, which he (Dr. Jenkins) did a wonderful job with my implant well I need it to heal for 4 months as I return to see dr. Bateman he multiple times could not get the crown to fit even leaving to big caps on top and my crown sticking out about 1/8 of inch well if that wasn't enough as I asked him questions he would just ignore me to make He even went as far To blaming doctor Jenkins That the implant was loose To make the long story short I went to a different Doctor which is very professional the only thing good about family legacy is their staff they were very nice. I definitely do not recommend this place
