My family went early in the morning on Christmas eve to get a covid test for travel. The place was so efficient in getting people through the line and were extremely pleasant. It was cold, busy and Christmas eve and still pleasant. Well Done!!

AVOID NOMI HEALTH! Bogus appointments and locations! I scheduled an appointment with Nomi for covid booster vaccines for myself and my parents. We arrived at the scheduled time and the place was locked. Several other people were arriving for their vaccines and all of us were waiting outside in the cold wondering what was going on. After spending 30 minutes on hold with Nomi health they finally said that the location was "closed" and that they were sorry we were not informed (we even got a confirmation emails the day before reminding us of our appointment).
I asked if there was another location we could go to. After being put on hold again so they could "check," we were told to go to a Lindon location at 585 N. State Street and that it was open until 7 p.m. and they would take our QR code for our original appointment and they were also taking walk-ins. So we drove to the address in Lindon which ended up being the exact address for Walmart. We drove around expecting some kind of Nomi health van or a sign. But there was NOTHING there. We went into Walmart and their pharmacy had nothing to do with Nomi Health. Walmart pharmacy was not taking walk-ins so they could not help us. I called Nomi back and they said the Lindon location was open. I told them there was NOTHING at that address except Walmart. There was no Nomi van like they said. They could not give me any explanation or solutions.
Nomi clearly dropped the ball and had no idea what was going on. They took appointments and sent out confirmations but then didn't show up to actually give the vaccinations. Two of their locations were completely bogus. Several dozen of us, if not more had appointments and confirmations that led us on a wild goose chance for two hours.
We finally gave up on Nomi after calling yet again and being put on hold. We went to CVS who weren't taking walk-ins but they sent us to Taylor Drug in American Fork and they WERE taking walk-ins. So we FINALLY got our covid boosters, no thanks to Nomi health.
TAYLOR DRUG was amazing and so kind and fast! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAYLOR DRUG in American Fork.
Skip Nomi!!! They don't deserve anyone's business.

i love that they have the spit tests but the location and the number you call to get info have 0 communication. i called and asked if they did rapid tests and asked how much they were. guy on the phone said yes and they were free. i get to the location and the woman is rude for 0 reason. its not my fault they dont know how to communicate and get out correct info. thanks for wasting my time

Great For Travel: Went to the Location in SLC, Cannon Health Building. This is one of two that the Sate of Utah is funding for Travel for Utah residents. Filled out the registration for My wife and I on line. Both were tested in the "Travel Lane", and had the results by the time we hit the house 15 minute later. Shout out to Diane, who did our test, she was great.
