I only used this place because they are the authorized repair shop for Mytee Carpet machines Went in and I believe Jon was the guy at the counter, a really nice guy and he knew his stuff. My unit was not covered under warranty so I had to pay for the repair, totally fine. Jon or (JO on the invoice) called in and verified that the part was in stock and placed a PO for the order. Should have come in last week from the manufacture. So I called in on Thursday this guy said he would call and check and get back to me, didnt hear back so I called again the next day, and he said that he would get back to me. Didnt hear back. Called today and he was off. I spoke with the guy on the phone and he was the owner of the place. He told me that he is too busy and didnt have time to deal with this. He went on a rant about how things are taking forever to ship and to get parts and he said he would get back to me by end of day. I really needed to know because I was working with the manufacture to get a part overnighted because I need the unit by Friday. I told him that I agree but all I am asking if they can tell me when the part shipped by calling the manufacture to get an update. Fast forward many hours. I didnt hear back from the owner ( to give him credit he said he would call me back by end of day) and I asked him if he had heard back and he went off on me. He explained that he had 3 trucks are down and he cant get parts, hes by himself and he didnt have time to deal with me. He accused me of yelling at him, but all I said was I am a bit frustrated because I have called 2x last week with no return calls so I am calling because I need to know....and he cut me off. He told me to come and get my machine, he was going to put it outside and he will refund my money. I asked him kindly not to put it outside because he is an industrial part of an area and I was afraid it would get stolen. Went to pick it up ( dropped what I was doing, because he said he was going to put it outside )went and picked it up and he was very unpleasant and rude. I ended up recording the interactions because of the way he was treating me. I would be careful dealing with this company especially if you get the owner. But Jon or JO is really nice and pleasant. I ended up calling the manufacture to order the part directly and filing a complaint with them since they are an authorized repair ship for this unit.

Josh, and John go the extra mile every time. I have not dealt with any other company quite this helpful, professional and working hard to give their customers the very best prices. they are simply phenomenal, and icon in the business.
