Currently paying for 8000sqft @ a regular growth plan to $22/sqft. They offer $21/sqft now on their website. Been here since 2021, but the quality of spaces is rising elsewhere. The photos on their main page seem a little deceptive. Ill include photos of what a $22/sqft and 8000 sqft space looks like on the interior. Pictures of actual office space: 1st pic: Bathrooms. Its just a bathroom, but Ive seen better for the price. 2nd pic: Thin walls. Noise travels between offices. 3rd pic: View of ceiling. Lots of long screws were added to the ceiling a month after we moved in (because the ceiling was leaking everywhere). 4th pic: There are holes in the floor where we can see all of the down stairs company working. We try to stay quiet so they dont hear us but they can hear us walking around. 5th pic: Elevator breaks down regularly. Which is a little annoying when youre on the third floor. We dont have anyone thats handicapped working for us, but that would make it hard on them for sure. I recorded a video of the time I actually got stuck in the elevator, but Google doesnt let me upload videos for this review. *Literally 4 days after I posted the elevator was put out of commission again. So I added a second broken elevator photo. Pros: 1.) They do put up outside signage for you 2.) Practically unlimited parking 3.) Key card controlled access *90% of the pictures Canyon Park shows are from either the center white building which is the management head office or just of the pickleball courts beside it (most offices are a few minutes walk or car ride away from the courts/gym)

I was an employee for a very short time with Canyon Park Tech Center. Very unfriendly staff . I would not recommend anyone lease space from them . They are very hard to work with . They misconstrue words , they talk very negatively about their tenants , fellow employees , and corporate headquarters. They do not handle situations professionally. The property manager is not very knowledgeable in her profession and she makes things difficult in any issue that needs to be addressed . She had to ask everyone in her office how to do what she as the property manager should know . They dont believe in training people and the office is filled with extremely rude and unkind coworkers. The way they handled me in my time of employment was completely unprofessional.
