Mekeli Wesley and his team were fantastic to work with. So friendly and helpful, they were able to find me a reasonable rate for myself and my 2 teenage drivers. Easy to work with & fantastic communication.

When you start out with them they are amazing to set you up with a policy. Once you have a policy, they do nothing to help you out. They never return phone calls, you call and ask for the person in charge of your policy, they ask what you need, and then they tell me they are busy and never call me back. One of the vehicles in my policy was in an accident (not our fault) and the other driver's policy was giving us the run around. Neal Dastrup didn't do anything to help, I asked them for advice and they told me to call the insurance company on my own.

They are threatening to take away roadside assistance because we used them 9 times in 3 years. I get that may seem like a lot. I have a really old car and had to switch out the battery. Then the plugs were draining the battery. Considering the last people who responded for road side assistance damaged my car. One was clearly on drugs and the other wouldn't stop smoking his cigarette while helping. Yes they were nice and eventually helped me. This company acts like they are providing the best service. I'll look elsewhere where they will respect customers, the money I put into insurance, and not threaten customers for actually using the insurance.
