    Love our home and the young families here but the new management has been almost completely unresponsive and has the wrong phone number listed on Google (the voicemail says Tayson with Redstone, the old management). We really miss Redstone. Id love to be proven wrong but not sure what is happening with management right now. Please update your contact your contact information and communicate with tenants about your office hours and when we can expect to reach you. Please communicate more about the transition process.

    This place is really something they force you into new contracts when you cant afford to stay there and get eviction notices then when you leave they over charge for gas, electricity,sewage,trash that was already paid in rent plus they cant control their smokers who smoke by the door and the pets they cant get owners to pick up so they ask neighbors to tell on them tents are out of control this place avoid at all costs it isnt worth it they will make sure so cant get another place management is a jerk I was left homeless they have made it impossible with all of their lies

    Stay clear of this place they try to rip you off in anyway possible and you have to deal with management that is very sucky there was stuff done to the apartment when I moved in and now they are trying to charge me for the damages that where done before I moved in this place is so high priced and they keep you living here after you lease is up and they are over priced for a two bedroom that the back rooms get super hot and they suck at getting things fix two when a whole summer without a/c causes management plus Maintenance are to lazy to keep up with their appartments

Mckayla,Thank you for your honest review. I take the happiness and comfort of my residents incredibly seriously and want to improve in all aspects of apartment living for current and future residents. Since we started managing Mountain Run in 2023, I believe that we have come a long way in improving the property and apartment experience. However, I would love to address your concerns in that hopes that it helps future and current residents alike.:Concerning your move-out charges: I am more than happy to investigate any documentation that you may have if it shows that the condition of your apartment upon move-out is the condition that it was in when you first moved-in. I provide a move-in inspection for all of our residents to complete for this exact situation. It appears that you were provided with a move-in inspection form when you moved into your apartment under the previous management as well. Unfortunately, you did not complete this form. This makes the situation extremely difficult for you in regard to the charges that you now owe. Aside from any items that you are claiming were damaged prior to your move-in, there is nothing that documents that your apartment was damaged beyond livability when you first moved in, as it is now. Unfortunately, the state in which you turned your apartment back into my office warrants the damage charges that you have received to ensure that the unit is livable for its future resident. I will keep in contact with you on this situation on the off chance you are able to provide documentation that would warrant a revised move-out report in the future. Concerning your AC unit: It appears that we changed out your AC within a day of receiving your message that it was not working well.Concerning your lease term: we require a 60 day notice to terminate your lease. A notice was placed on your door about 75 days before your lease ended. I never received your 60 day notice after multiple communication attempts. I, of course, know that my team and I have many things to work on and I will absolutely take all of your concerns and apply solutions for our future management style. I do wish that I could change your mind on certain aspects of your occupancy at Mountain Run, as I continue to see the property improving.
