I hired Mr. Chris Hatch to do my tax returns. Besides the fact that he overcharged me for his services and I had to pay him in advance, he also failed to do my tax returns last year. Despite making multiple promises to do my last year tax returns, he never did. I had to find another CPA the last minute to do them for me. Then again, after promising to do so, he even failed to correct the wrong tax forms that were previously filed by him for 2019 and 2020 tax years. Now he even refuses to compensate me for the costs, penalties, and interests associated with his failure to do my tax returns properly. He operates under multiple business names and may not even have the proper credentials to do tax returns for the public.
