Avoid if possible. The prices on their website are very misleading and you will end up paying for extra items you didn't request. I scheduled an appointment but waited for almost an extra hour. Waste of time and money.

I made an appointment because I thought I had a UTI or some kind of infection, no insurance, and this was cheaper than an urgent care. Upon talking with the nurse practitioner, Natalia (absolutely wonderful), there was a couple of main problems with multiple options being the problem. She was so kind and considerate of me not having insurance and truly wanting to help my symptoms/issues.
I have gone to doctors for the majority of my life with similar issues and basically told "well you're not dying so you're fine" and sent on my way.
This is the first time I have ever felt someone in the medical field actually cares about my wellbeing. She even called to follow up with how I'm feeling and gave me direction if things go back to being bad. I truly cannot give enough praise and appreciation. Natalia, if you read this, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

The worst. I set up an appointment to get tested for Covid for a new job. My appointment was at 11:40. I checked in at 11:30 and waited for almost half an hour with no one around. I called the telephone number listed and the operator told me to knock on the door. I did. No answer. Meanwhile, the person on the phone hung up on me. Someone finally came out and said they still needed to clean the room. Then, after I get into the room, Im informed that the test will be $200.00 and it was payable in advance. This is after I gave them my insurance information. No where did it say the test would cost anything in advance. Then, after I left the store, I received a text saying that my appointment was canceled. Yes, they tried to cancel an appointment I had already checked in for.
A complete waste of my time.
