I had the best experience here. I found the car I've always wanted. It was better than I expected. The staff was great. I do not like the in your face pushy sales man type. It's so annoying when you have someone who is obviously being fake trying to make a sale. I worked with Bert Lemurs. He was super cool and helpful. I never once felt like he was trying to push me into anything. He's just a good dude! I love my car. I haven't had anything issues with it. It's going on 3 months and I'm still happy as day one. I will definitely be returning here for any future car needs I have.

I took my truck there for repairs and I am not getting straight answers all I got was we are trying to get it in but when I call to see how it is going I get told I am trying to get my transmission guy to look at it it has been there for 2 weeks and it was unlocked the hole time

I went to see if I could get a vehicle after a different dealership turned me down and tried to give me less than scrap price for my trade in. I got the vehicle I wanted and they gave me a fair price for my trade in.

Purchased 2 vehicles from here 2 years ago. We were treated & supported better than any other dealership we've been too. We purchased the Total Care warranty, and their service department has also always been fast, and courteous. This will be where we go for both for all future purchases & service appointments! Thank you to the team!!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Theres sales department is terrible and their service department is even worse! When I bought my nissan juke in my paperwork I was told I would receive a spare tire. A year later still not received. Ive called, Ive visited still nothing. Service department is incompetent. I took my car in for an oil change which came with a 120 point inspection. When I asked about the results and I was looked at with a blank stare from their rep Kathleen. Gave me no answers. Ive called MANY times to schedule my next oil change as I purchased 3 up front at my first. I cant get ahold of anyone. The phone rings for 20 secs and then says leave a message and then continues to say I cannot leave a message and hangs up. When I purchased my car it took over three months for me to receive my plates. I came in multiple times asking about them and one of their sales people said that the DMV is behind on issuing plates. A complete lie. Three other people in my life purchased cars after me, all receiving their plates well before me. This place is horrible and I will never purchase from here again.
