        I asked one of the employees an older gentlemen for help finding something and he just ignored me. I stood next to him and asked for help and he didnt respond or look at me. He knew I was there talking to him but he still didnt acknowledge my existence. I figured he was busy so I waited a couple minutes but nope still nothing. So I just walked away and asked the female employee at the counter instead. She was nice and she helped me. That was really weird and uncomfortable

        It's probably one of the best businesses that I've ever been to. It's always a friendly atmosphere. I would much prefer to come here before any other hardware store hands down. I have had the pleasure of having Kelly take care of some customer service for me, and she is absolutely one of my favorite people. She's helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thanks for making my trips here always a great experience, I'll be coming here often.
