        This place claims I was not available for delivery for an Apple Care+ return. I was at home and there was definitely no one from FedEx knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell at the time they claim. Apple blames FedEx and FedEx blames Apple. Why can't you just leave the package in the mailbox, it's not that hard to figure out how a mailbox works. They don't give the customer the courtesy to pickup the package. I have to wait from 8am-8pm for a signature package, and as I mentioned they do NOT ring the door at all. Now I have to chargeback my credit card because Apple thinks it took over 10 days for my return even though it was YOUR fault, FedEx!
