Free Gym Equipment (quite dated) for members to use. The place was basically empty when Ive gone - so thats nice. BUT the pulley system was designed for a much taller person than me (Im 55) so if u r a shorty, might be tough to maximize. Or u can use the free weights, etc. For the price, worth it. Lots of parking. Not open weekends.
