    I've been renting storage there for 4 years. Great management, friendly easy to talk to. Have had a couple of problems with break-ins. Management was very on top of it. Provided the video footage immediately. Overall I'd say my experience there has been very good.

    I had only a couple of days to find a storage, and at the time this place was pretty close to where I lived. The type of job we were doing required a couple of days straight and the hours of operation were not conducive to what had to be done. I ended up having to short change my loads and drop them early to beat the gates and wait until 9am to do loads in the morning.I have never moved and NOT needed a late or an early entrance to my storage. These guys don't have anY way to make a singlevexception to this, which MAkes the facility difficult to work with.I got past the initial move in, but the hours have continued to be an issue. I often don't know my schedule the next day until 7pm and I have repeatedly had to begin my day without items because the gates are closed.Three Sundays ago, as I I did another large move, I had two guys with trucks and trailers paid and loaded  we got to the unit, and on a Sunday  (1st Sunday of the month, the 3rd)with NO NOTICE of ANY KIND, THE GATES WERE CLOSED ALL DAY LONG.This company has no problem locking you out of your belongings if your a day late. It would be easier to swallow if someone were apologetic or even accountable, but there were no explanations or apologies to be had when asked  why I was locked out on an important day when I had trucks rented and people paid.Lastly, the unlike are not water safe. Last week, I found a pool of water inside the unit from a fairly light rain. It reached over 18 inches in the unit and my gardening tools ..shovels rakes etc were just sitting in a  pool of standing water.I can't justify paying this company again. Especially after a rent raise with no prior notice or anY improvements in the facility or with anY customer service. I'm finished. Heed this warning and don't set yourself up for disappointment.

    I used this storage facility for several months using both locations in Ogden. The 1st location on 29th street was better and had less riff raff.   My unit on Grant was going fine until I discovered a huge hole in the roof that was leaking which took them almost a month to repair. Although they were courteous to work with it, took quite a while to get this done. The unit they offered to move me to was in much worse shape so I just waited  and moved everything to one side of the unit and covered it up with plastic until work was completed. It worked out but was frustrating. a few months later,  I finally got a unit at the apartment complex I live at so by so I decided to leave the unit at stock and lock. I notified them via phone the weekend before I planned to move out.  That weekend I went to get the last of my things and they had put a lock on the unit. This was the 2nd of the month. I usually had until the 5th to pay the balance without having any additional fees or having my unit locked. They refused to give me entry to the unit without me paying for another month. They would not pro rate it nor acknowledge any fault on their part for locking the unit early.  They said I had to notify them by email and my agreement was in my online portal which I could not ever find.  They also said they called me the morning after but I don't check voicemails often and my voicemail message says to text or email me.  My contact preference is also set to text or email. They wouldn't listen to me or work with me after all the time and money I spent there. There were also 2 units being lived out of on the Grant location and it's always littered with garbage. Avoid the headache. Pay a little more to go elsewhere.
