Keep It Safe Storage

Its not very often that I leave reviews, but I wanted to make sure I gave you guys a review because of the genuine and very helpful customer service I received. Zelle truly went above and beyond to help me get into a storage shed, with very short notice and during a very hard time in my life. He came in after hours to help us, and he instantly became a friend. He was very considerate and caring, and he made a great impression in my life. My storage shed is perfect for what I needed, and all of my things are safe! Im grateful we came to you guys. Thank you for everything!

Have used this storage facility for eight years. Owner/Manager has always been helpful and courteous. Rates are fair and appreciate additional insurance fee for catastrophic events. Whenever I have fallen behind in payment, email and telephone communication has always been pleasant and understanding. Though my goal is to empty out my current unit by end of summer I wouldn't hesitate to rent another unit in the future if needed.

I really love this storage facility! and everyone who works for this facility. A few months back I was diagnosed with cancer, out of work for treatment and had gotten behind on my storage unit they worked with me so I wouldn't lose everything I own in the unit. Zelle even came to my house to check on me when he was unable to reach me by phone he is a very kind and considerate person.

We've really enjoyed being tenants at Keep It Safe. The management staff is friendly and understanding, and easy to work with. They're responsive when we need assistance. When my mother passed away, the owner was understanding and compassionate while we got a handle on all her accounts and transferred ownership of her unit. I can't tell you how much of a relief it was to not have to jump through hoops during such a difficult time. I'm grateful for the reprieve. Their facility is clean and well maintained. The door to our unit never sticks, and we've never seen any evidence of water infiltration or pests. Definitely recommend!

I have been a customer of Keep It Safe Storage for many years. They are very responsive, and always available when needed. The location is great with easy access.
