        If you are purchasing a condo this is the place for you. Anything else that is not a straight forward condo they cant handle.

        If you're looking for someone to be helpful in a crisis, don't bother looking here. We are in need of a short term rental (less than 6 months) after being displaced by a fire, and they essentially told us "sorry, but there's not enough profit in a short term rental. So, don't bother us." To be fair, we got the same response from American Homes 4 Rent and all other agencies who bothered to return our calls.
