Tyson was amazing! Incredibly nice and friendly and great at his job! It's guys like that that keep people coming back! Way better service than some of these other locations!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Went into auto to get a new battery for my girlfreind 2012 kia soul and they ended up blowing 2 fuses when they put the battery in. Got told they would reimburse me for any service done to the fuses plus a rental that we had to pick up. Fast forward a couple weeks later and we pick up the car from the mechanic and go into costumer service for the reimbursement. After 2 hours of standing there we got told that it was too much and out of there budget to reimburse us and on top of that apparently it wasn't communicated that they blew the fuses and would reimburse!! Contact corporate costumer service and waiting on a call back. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART FOR SERVICE DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE. ESPECIALLY KIA SOULS LOL.

On 01/23/2024 I went in to get some Goodyear tires installed on our 2021 RAV4 hybrid. I made an appointment the day before which went very smoothly and Jeremy set up the Appointment as they did have the Goodyear reliant tires in. I have used the Walmart Auto tire Department at least three (3) and have always been happy to do so. The installer (s) (Alden, M.) has always done a great job, and is customer friendly. The installation went great without any problems. The tires ride fantastic! Make sure you always get the full coverage to be safe. If you have a Walmart plus membership you get some of the coverage for free Kudos to the entire tire shop at the Riverdale Store, keep up the good work. Be well/ Safe. Thanks,
