Walmart Auto Care Centers

My boyfriend just came in to get his tires rotated and they ended up charging him for an oil change instead! The girl who set up the service rushed him through it and was super rude. If she had been attentive and taken the time to listen to what he ACTUALLY wanted I wouldnt be leaving this review. They still made my boyfriend pay for the oil change which was an extra ten dollars more than a tire rotation, and the oil that was put in his car was worse than the one he normally uses. The manager came around and apologized at least. I dont recommend coming here though. I would stick to les schwab or discount tire!

I showed up at 10:30 to fix a puncture in my tire. Was originally told that they dont do any tire work until 11. Okay thats fine, went in a walked around the store for 30 mins came back at 11:10 and they said there was a hour wait. Kinda frustrated already. I watched one of the techs sit in (MY) car on his phone for about half an hour. I didnt end up leaving until 1 pm. Super frustrating and should have just went to Big O and paid 20$. As well as the tech that drove my car in and out of the bay, gassed it. My car isnt no race car, respect each others vehicles!
