Chelsea was incredibly patient with us as we searched for a home that we felt good about. She then did a wonderful job helping us sell our Ogden house within a few days. We have been in our new home now for a year and half and we are grateful for Chelsea and our experience with her. She really listened to our concerns and was always professional with her advice and yet treated us like family. We highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell and purchase. Truly an EXCELLENT choice!

Chelsea was so great to work with. I am so glad I decided to use her as my agent, as a fellow young mom it took the stress out of scheduling appointments, because I was able to bring my wacko toddler to all the showings, (he even got car sick all over himself right before a showing and it was really great having someone who could commiserate!) She was always so fast to respond to any question and became an instant friend Our house ticks off every single box I was wanting and we got the house for $5000 less and $6000 in closing costs, which really helped lower my interest rate! She went above and beyond with all her recommendations for mortgage officers, various inspections and basically just life advice. She was very knowledgeable about the area which made it easy to trust her advice. Chelsea is genuinely kind and is really fun to work with!

Ive used several agents over the years and they were all good agents. When I used Chelsea to buy a new home, she went beyond the call of duty to get me the home I wanted! She was very knowledgeable, professional, always available for my questions, and was there after the sale to follow up on my needs! I would highly recommend her!

Chelsea is fantastic to work with! Very reliable and knowledgeable. She gave us great advice and guided us in staging our home to sell. She helped us sell our home quickly and at a competitive price. We couldn't be happier with the price and timing! She explained in detail all of our options and answered any questions we had! She also helped us find our dream home in a neighborhood we love! We would have never known about this home if it wasn't for her! She was available anytime we wanted to look at homes and always offered great advice. I recommend her to everyone I know!
