David is very knowledgeable and understands the real estate market. He is great to work with and goes above and beyond on doing everything he can to help make selling or buying a home an enjoyable process. He is relentless in getting his clients a great deal. We were approached by nearly every real estate agent in Utah (I believe there are 4 to 5 million of them) and I am so glad we chose David to list our home. We listed it per the plan and sold it per the plan. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. I will recommend David to all my friends looking for an agent.

David was an absolutely phenomenal agent for us, purchasing our first home. He worked an unbelievable deal for us, I am still amazed it worked out. He really is an expert negotiator and lives for negotiations and fights for his client. I would highly recommend you work with David!!!!
