Firehouse Subs Riverdale

I have had many problems with Firehouse over the past years at the Layton location. I decided to try again at the Riverdale location, even though it is further away. The food is good when it is correct, but the service has really fallen. Today my order was missing all my brownies. When I contacted customer service, they offered my "points" to make up for missing items. It is impossible to get through to a real person. Would not recommend anymore.

Great food, but ALWAYS understaffed and painfully slow if theres more than a couple people in the store. EDIT: Since I wrote this review, weve had a few more visits and this locations staffing and service have improved over time. Great food as always! Much better value for money than other local sandwich shops.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Management is great! But layken and some other obnoxious girl they were throwing cheese onion and meat at each other while closing down the shop before closing! Thats so disgusting and they are very immature and they are somewhat adults. They need to get rid of them!

It was dinner time after waiting 25m in line to order half our group left to pick a no food item. After returning 30m we were still waiting on our order. Our group was 5 people total.
