We want help for our 13-year-old. My husband called and was told theyd call him back in August. I called and left a message the end of August and we never heard anything back. We finally went in and were told someone would call us back later that day. That was three days ago and no one has called us back. We just want help for our child!

Like other reviews I've attempted to contact this company both by call and email without any response. I don't see how a company can function with this kind of customer service Update They did get back to me after the previous review. But still only giving them 3 instead of 5 because it took a review to get a response

They never answer the phone. Can't get anyone to respond. Good luck!

This place was and is an absolutely amazing place to work. I worked for Catalyst from 2019 to this year (2021). I cherished my experience with the team and all of the supervisors that work so hard to make this place such a warm and welcoming environment for anyone who walks through the front door. If you are in need of a generous helping hand or a more than satisfactory job you are looking at the right place!
