        STAY AWAY!!!! These guys are clowns!! I have been with this insurance agent for 16 years They have 0 loyalty to their customersMy home and auto is thru them.. I missed 1 payment due to a card error, and they raised my monthly bill by 30$!!!! They talk down to you and are very condensing Do not waste your time with these folks!!

        Was with this company 35 years, had 2 smalol claims in past 5 years, and now they don't want to insure me. Only care about thier bottom line. Horrible customer service and staff insult thier customers.

        Call the office to have my policy reviewed got a recording. I have never met Mr Hancock my policy was transferred to him from an agent in Bountiful that I had. I also have a policy with an agent in Georgia which I called to review my policy the phone was answered by a person reviewed the policy and was taken care of promptly waiting for Mr Hancock to respond

Please call the office at your convenience and we would be happy to explain the change in your premium, as it was not entirely related to a “card error.” We strive to provide the best service to our customers, and offer recommendations for coverages, and discounts to provide the best value. We have enjoyed a long standing relationship with you and your family, and feel bad that you feel like you have not received the service and expertise you deserve. Unfortunately insurance agents do not have the ability to change or adjust premiums or policies set by insurance carriers, but we are always available to review your policy and offer solutions.

      Denise,We are sorry that we were unable to rewrite your home due to 2 water losses. Many companies have guidelines that must be met. It is unfortunate that you were caught in this underwriting guideline. I have addressed the unprofessional comments our staff may have made. I am sorry for that situation.

      Mr. Garwood,I am personally sorry for the experience you had. I do show on our notes you did a review with Laura yesterday and she transferred your auto and home policy for us to service. We try our best to call back any and every phone call we get. I apologize for this incident
