This place is a joke. Ive showed up 3 times during posted working hours and its been closed. This last time I went in and the lady was on break 20mins before it closed and as soon as she came beck, 10 mins beefier closing, she immediately started closing the till and wouldnt let me buy anything. Can a guy just get some shampoo and conditioner. Dang.

If I could rate this with zero stars I would. My mom came in today because she needed her hair trimmed up a bit and she showed a picture of how she wanted it and told her stylist exactly what she was expecting She has shorter hair but not right by her scalp short. She came home crying and saying she thought it looked so embarrassing and that she looked like a total clown.. PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOUR CLIENT IS TELLING YOU!!!!! have you tried communicating?? Hello!! As a hair stylist thats 100% your job!!!!! She wanted it trimmed not CHOPPED OFF!! so maybe a trim in your mind is completely different than what your clients are thinking so next time how about we try TALKING through it and making sure your client is happy with whats happening before you just go and do it and completely ruin their day no one should have to pay anything and should be MAGNIFICENTLY compensated in some way especially with an outcome they arent satisfied with. this is your job right?? the thing you do for a living?? and its 100% your responsibility to get it right
