We had Zach and Aaron out today to install a large front window. They were quick and friendly. They cleaned up the area and vacuumed. Adrienne was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. The team made sure that we were satisfied with our new window before they finalized the completion of the project.

Adrienne is beyond amazing to work with and so is Andrew! Anytime I have questions on their orders they are so quick to get me an answer so we can get the ball rolling and help satisfy their customers! Their guys are extremely professional and super nice when picking up! Couldnt ask for a better company to work along side with!

ABSOLUTE HACK JOBS! DO NOT USE THE LIEN KING! Had these guys do windows and doors in my house. Literally everything they touched is screwed up. Instead of measuring windows correctly they broke a piece of the old sill and shoved in under all my windows. Every window still drafts from the bottom where that was done. I had 2 new openings for windows and only one of them has a seal. Front door wasnt even what we ordered and set too far forward and will have to be replaced as well. They removed a back door before measuring and messed up the measurements. Then tried to leave me with a plywood door while it was freezing outside. I was told I would get a temporary door then was ghosted. I ended up getting my own back door and installing it because I was afraid of pipes freezing. They destroyed the front door sash and my front window sash as well The kids he had install left a huge lunch mess in my backyard as well. I kicked them off my job after all this then, Andrew tried to strong arm me with a lien. Andrew came over admitted the issues and I said as long as the lien is removed I'll let them fix the issues. He agreed then went back on his handshake. Now he's sending me ridiculous late fees all because of his screw up. I have everything being replaced by a real window contractor (OVER $5k in work). Northern Utah Glass and Andrew get to battle this out in Court with me. Sounds like his MO is the lien when they screw up. Unfortunately for them, I deal with this everyday in my regular world and I am well versed with hack job sub contractors and their games. I've been a Contractor for many years both residential and commercial and by far the most unprofessional and arrogant owner I've ever come across.
