Scott wasnt reliable. I wasted my money , time and energy trying to get divorced. Very frustrated with the lack of communication. After 10 months of no progress, I got another attorney and within one month I finally got divorced. I dont usually review but getting divorced is such a hard experience and you need to have a good attorney.

If I could do a negative number I would. Does not listen to his clients concerns or takes them seriously many times I asked myself what am I paying him for if he doesnt listen or answer my questions. Has his own idea on what you are saying told him I felt I was going into my custody evaluation blind meaning I had no idea the process or what to expect and asked where do we do after the evaluation is over and he wouldnt answer me and dropped my case. Yes Im an emotional wreck as anyone would be in a toxic divorce. He lacks empathy for clients or maybe just female clients. But I get the expression he does not like when you research things and come back with questions. Also lacks communication as I had emailed him and his paralegal and no one would answer me. Dont pay unless your case is resolved after you pay the retainer fee
