        Every single time we come here, it takes SO LONG to get our food. There is never anyone in line and they still have us pull over to the front to receive our food. It regularly takes 20+ minutes to receive our food even when there are zero other customers. They also regularly forget to bring drinks, entire food items, and sauces. I want to like it because I generally enjoy Arby's. This particular restaurant, though, is just disappointing. I want to like it because it's closer and more convenient than other stores, but it's just stupid to deal with.
