After months of hopping from one print shop to the next I luckily stumbled upon RiverPrint. They were fast and did quality work on some intricate pieces. On top of that they were very affordable. Highly recommend!

I really hesitate saying anything. I always want to give the benefit of the doubt, especially to smaller businesses. However, we've now had two separate experiences with this company that have nearly hugely impacted fundraising efforts for my non-profit organization. In June, we ordered signage that wasn't ready until AFTER the event. This was extremely frustrating because one of our event sponsors didn't have their logo displayed as they were major contributors to our cause and deserved to have the spotlight. My main reason for leaving this review was due to a fiasco from earlier this month (October 2021). Our biggest fundraising gala was at the start of this month, and we ordered our programs through RiverPrint. The event was Friday and the programs were sent to print the Monday before. We heard nothing from RiverPrint, rationally assuming that the print job was going smoothly. On Thursday, the appointed day that RiverPrint said they would drop off the programs at our office, we heard nothing and no one came by. I was tasked with picking them up Friday morning. It wasn't until I showed up AT THEIR OFFICE THE DAY OF that they let us know that the printer had been broken since WEDNESDAY. No one let us know. At that point, it was impossible to send it to another printer. (I tried.) There was no apology made, no attempts for reconciliation, nothing. It took the whole day to keep track of what was happening in the shop. I asked SEVERAL times throughout the day for updates at every stage, but the majority of my time (that should have been spent helping set up the event and welcome donors) was occupied by calling to get updates. Both Kathi and Ron guaranteed several different times throughout the day that the programs would be delivered. When that time would come and go, I had to call seven times to just get someone to answer the phone. They set 4 different times that the programs would be ready for pick up (8am, then 1pm, then 3pm, then 4pm), and the programs weren't delivered until 4:45pm, by Ron, who had refused to answer his phone (even though he was wearing a Bluetooth earpiece). He made no attempt at reconciliation, no apologies, nothing. In fact, he was mad at ME for asking him to do the job we paid for. He was extremely short and rude with me. I'm honestly still shocked at the complete lack of regard for our time and product. It's clear to me that they do not care at all about their customers. I'm extremely disgusted by my experiences with RiverPrint, and I will make sure to let everyone know that they would be better off with any other print shop.
