I would like to recommend this law office to anyone who needs to declare bankruptcy. Due to some unfortunate events I had to file for bankruptcy and Attorney Aaron along with Evelyn who were able to communicate with me in Spanish were able to help me file and finally after 3 years I was done with my case. My home was scheduled for auction on a Tuesday at 10:30am. When I realized I was not getting the money I was supposed to get to save my home, I decided my only option was to file bankruptcy. That was a Friday afternoon... 4 days before the auction. I called around to see if any attorneys could help me. I was met with judgmental, unkind, sarcastic, blatantly rude person after person wanting between $800-$1200 up front. My final call was to Aaron Nilson. He was kind from the very beginning of the call. I was very upset and embarrassed about the prospect of losing my home. He was understanding, patient, he listened, he explained everything, and he made me feel so much better. He charged me the price of the other firms. Aaron, with the help of Grady, worked on my case all weekend. He spent his Sunday on the phone with me getting all the info needed so he could file my case and stop the auction by Tuesday. Monday evening, he filed the claim, called the foreclosure attorney, and had everything taken care of so my home wasn't auctioned the following day. Monday night was the first night I had slept in months thanks to Aaron and his team! My kids and I didn't lose our home and they really made a horrible, stressful situation as smooth and stress-free as possible. I'm forever grateful to them! A little kindness goes a VERY long way!!!
