One of the worst service departments I have ever had to deal with. My first experience was an alignment. I had to leave and come back 4 different times before my vehicle was actually aligned properly. I should have known not to come back after that. Second time I came back for an oil change. Got home and noticed oil leaking all over in my driveway because they didnt clean any of it up. I thought my truck was actually leaking but it was just from a mess they didnt clean up, so they said. Third time I scheduled an appointment to have recall work done. Dropped my truck off all day just for them to do absolutely nothing with it because they didnt have parts. My last experience was today. I made an appointment to get my second key fob programmed, which took a year to get, and get the recall work done that wasnt accomplished the last time. Dropped my truck off and went to work. Came back to get it and yet again absolutely nothing was done to my vehicle. They said they didnt have the key fob for it and they had to order parts for the recall. The parts section in fact had the key fob after I explained to the advisor that I was called prior to today about my key fob being at this location. The advisor then proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait another 45 minutes if I wanted it programmed today or I could come back when they attempt to get the parts for the 3rd time for the recall. I will NEVER bring my vehicle to this place for any kind of service at all and I would absolutely not recommend this dealerships service department to anyone. I will be taking the trip to Performance in Bountiful from here on out.

Honest, dependable service over the years. What more could you want! My wife went in to get brakes looked at last week and they told her that they didnt need any service or repairs. Not every dealership would do that. Kaylee Rish is the best and we appreciate her honesty and concern and the personal touch the operations manager, Matt Layton, showed us. Thanks guys!!!

We scheduled a routine oil change appointment for 0845 and showed up on time. Upon arrival they suggested a wheel alignment as well. At 1545 we called to ask for an update, after not hearing from anyone for 7 hours. After several attempts to reach our rep he finally called back and notified us that there was a glitch in the system and the vehicle hadnt been touched yet. He asked that we pick it up at 1700. We expected better service from Toyota.
