I was having problems with my washer. Jerry knew what was wrong just by my description over the phone. He was available and came right over(20 mins). Jerry put on a new pump and cleaned out the filter system so it would drain properly. This all took just an hour. So knowledgeable and efficient and very reasonable on the price. I would highly recommend this company.

Jerry came to fix a leak in our Maytag fridge. Fair pricing, easy to schedule and he fixed our leak in 25 minutes flat. Explained how our fridge worked too which was neat. would call him back again & recommend him for fridge repair.

Probably one of the most honest repairman I've ever talked too. He texted me back after hours and got me on his schedule super fast. Told me that it would be cheaper to just buy a new washer instead of fixing it. Definitely the company that you want to use for appliance repair.

I will call Ben Lomond in the future. Had a very expensive fridge start going out. Called Ben Lomond, and they came in and gave the diagnostics. Also, he gave industry advice with brands, which was helpful. Was great experience overall.

Even though I didn't get to fully do business through Jerry and Ben Lomond appliance he was still able to help me more than any other repair service would. Jerry spent time researching an issue and asking questions and provided me with feedback that I would not be able to get anywhere else. In the end I ended up taking what knowledge he gave me back to the manufacture to get an out of warranty accommodation but honestly I cannot recommend Jerry or Ben Lomond Appliance repair more. What a refreshing and honest person providing a great customer service experience.
