Over six months ago I made a reservation online for a one night stay for Sept at Pony Express RV Resort for an EXECUTIVE campsite for our Class A motor home and tow car. It needed to be at least 45 feet long. I selected the 70 ft "Executive" site because the other “Deluxe†sites would only accommodate up to 35 ft. One week later, I realized we needed to change the date slightly and add another night, so I called Pony Express and requested that they change my reservation to arrive one day later and add an extra night. The reservation rep confirmed that we were all set. Nothing else about our reservations should have been changed. Just the date and number of nights. This was done SIX months ago. We’re into the second month of our road trip now and arrived at Pony Express today to find out that when they changed my reservation dates, they also changed the type of campsite from the “Executive†(up to 70 ft long) to a “Deluxe Plus†site (up to 35 ft long)! I pointed out to the nice lady at the desk that they had made a mistake when they changed the reservation 6 months ago and that the shorter site was unacceptable. She was trying to help resolve the problem when the manager came out of his office and immediately began arguing with us. He was rude and disrespectful to my wife and I. I showed him a copy of the confirmed reservation that clearly said “Executive†site on my iPhone, but he insisted that I must have cancelled and changed it to a Deluxe site online myself. First, you CAN'T cancel a site on the Pony Express website online. You must call, which is what I did. I only changed the dates, nothing else. However, the manager insisted that I must have changed the reservation online, even though that would not make any sense. Why would I call to cancel and change my reservation dates, and then make a reservation online? He became angrier and more unreasonable. Because the manager would not make any attempt to help resolve the mix up, my wife and I walked out and set up our long Class A motor home and car as best we could on the short Deluxe site, We’ve stayed at Sun RV Resorts before and have never run into this kind of poor customer service, or such an angry manager. We have over 30 campsite reservations for our three-month road trip and NONE have had any problems like this at Pony Express. If you want to take a chance, go for it, but this was a horrible experience for us and we would not recommend Pony Express RV Resort to anyone.

Very nice RV park with beautiful views. However wifi didn't work which was advertised and is the reason we chose this park. Also the spots are SUPER close to each other

Great RV Resort, staff where friendly, love that they had 2 dog parks..."soft dog park" and large dog park. I have small dog's and they appreciated it! LoL Checked out the bikes and rode the Jordan River trail. Site was shaded and park was quite.
