        Great customer service immediately replied to my email and I actually got a notification that the problem had been resolved before they even got back with me! Meaning they saw my concern and immediately fixed it before they even replied. Cant beat that.

        I found my medic through a video that was posted on YouTube by a practicing paramedic was a great help assembling first aid and life-saving components to be used at any given moment I am a motorcyclist I usually like to carry a trauma bag setup with me when out on group rides because you never know what you are going to come across Their video training process is very informative also.
