I first met Sharie during my search for a knowledgeable health insurance agent to help me navigate the Marketplace and then Medicare for myself and my family. From the initial call, I was impressed with her knowledge and patience with my questions. Sharie is willing to educate me about the policy. I have analytical questions, e.g., what if..., and this line of questioning can easily make agents impatient when they are only in the business of selling and don't care if it meets my needs. Sharie not only was able to answer my concerns. She helps find the best health insurance companies at the lowest cost(not just lowest premium but lowest max out of pocket) so I don't have any surprise costs. This helps me in planning my budgets. She, and her office staff, are pleasant to work with and a great source of information. I'm glad to have her as part of my team of advisors.
