Black Diamond Water Damage & Flood Disaster Restoration

My house flooded two days before thanksgiving. Black Diamond came out around 9pm, not only did they take care of me, yall went above and beyond!!! I had two inches of water in my basement and JUST LIKE THAT they took all of my worries away!! My house is on its way back to normal without any worries, miscommunications, or empty expectations. I am so happy that I was referred to them! Your team is Heaven sent and seriously saved my butt!!

This is by far the best restoration company Ive had the pleasure to deal with. I had the unfortunate timing of flooding my kitchen all the way to my basement. The manager (I cant remember his name) was exceptional. Their response time was unbelievably fast. I have my house back to normal and I could not be more happy. Thank you so much for being by far the best remediation company out there.

I woke up the other day to a flooded kitchen. That sucked. What didnt suck was how quick Eli and Stephon were able to come out and get to work. They were both professional, did a great job, and got the kitchen dried out. They were easy to talk to, treated my home with respect, and answered all my many questions. Horrible awful insane experience. They were on the project for 7 months after my house burned down before they were removed from the project from the insurance company for being unreliable. New company came in and had to redo everything that Black Diamond said they had done because the quality of work was so poor. Services: Flooring, Remodeling, Plumbing, Painting, Roofing, Fire damage cleanup & repair
