Dr. Jones was honest and recommended against surgery because he thought my humerus fracture would heal alright without a metal plate in my arm. After just one appointment, he's already talking about connecting me with a therapist so I can get my full range of motion back (or close to it). It's also really refreshing to sit in a medical office with my husband and talk with a doctor who's talking to me, his patient, instead of directing all his comments to the other man in the room. He was personable, professional, to the point, and I would recommend him to everyone even though I wouldn't wish a broken bone on anyone.
