The worst customer service, the billing department is a joke, no one knows what is going on, almost 3 months trying to pay a bill and still have the amount wrong, the lds hospital is allowing this scammers to operate with them , is totally unacceptable

This is worst service health department. Where the agents also doesn't know anything and let the customer agents tell you have time to pay bill but the next thing you can see is the service charge which we didn't on the bill I am not sure why IHC is encouraging them as partners

Billing scams. Do not use this group! I am shocked IHC allows them to practice in their hospitals.

Your online billpay DOES NOT WORK for Visa, AMX, Debit or checking account. I have tried for 2 days to pay and it's not working. My account pulls up fine, the amount is correct, then you get the error code every single time. Please fix it. No offense to the hard workers taking calls in India, but its impossible to talk to a live human in Utah. Weve officially turned into numbers where a local company outsources their billing outside the country. I see why there is other frustrated folks with the billing set up. Very impersonal service the way its set up. I understand its your company and you can run it like this; doesnt work for me. A little assistance during these hard times would help. Does anyone read these and respond? Based on other reviews the answer is no.
