I received a call at work from a guy stating he was Vance Winn and then after a few minutes into the conversation he stated he was Darren Green. Mr. Green/Winn became verbally stern and continued to harass me about my job because he is doing an investigation. And I informed him that someone would call him to handle his investigation ( because this is what he stated to me, he is an investigator). After I said that I would have our legal team contact him, he then informed me that he was not doing a legal investigation and that I was on the radio live. Which I did not give my permission to do a live show and that is illegal. He stated at the end of our conversation "thank you for being on our radio show" I am appalled that with such good ratings that someone call with identity lies, lie about an investigation, and jeopardize their station and illegally put me on live. If so I will fight this. I did look up the number and name and he is connected to the station. Now he is able to voice his opinion on whatever topic but you are not legally able to record me without my permission.
