        I visited this store last year, and they were good and polite. The pickup hours were flexible. However, it seems that there has been a change in management. The current manager is rude, and the pickup hours are no longer flexible. Additionally, they are changing the delivery day as promised.

        Worst customer service ever. We were very serious potential buyers and could not get anyone to stay with us to help us. Too bad-nice furniture.

        Walked into the store to find some bedroom furniture for a remodel I just completed. There were 2 associates standing behind the desk. No one welcomed us or attempted to assist us in anyway. I have guests coming in two weeks and am a serious buyer. Furnishings here are ridiculously overpriced but I was in a bind and would have purchased a couple bedroom sets that I liked. I am now heading to San Francisco Designs, which is also overpriced to purchase what I need. Thanks for nothin
