Roxberry Juice Co. Drive Thru

I love their smoothies!!! I know I am sometimes that person that comes with just ten minutes left before they close... Everyone hate that I know, but it happens. But, I do expect them to be open until they close! It was only ten minutes till 10, workers still inside and the drive through recording said they were closed. It is frustrating when that happens because I use the online information to see if I can make it in time and I did. They just lost out on 6 drink orders!!!

Average drinks, and decent price/portion. I had the lemon squeeze 32oz and it wasnt super sour(small disappointment). Wifey had the tropical passion without banana and it was 5/5 yummy. Next time Ill get something different.

Earlier today Roxberry sent out a BOGO promo text for their 16oz smoothies from 2-6pm and I called to confirm that it was at this location. When I showed up, they told me and all the other people that showed up that they werent doing the promotion anymore. I felt conned into driving over to Roxberry and they didnt hold up their promotion. Super unprofessional and disappointing. I left without a smoothies because I dont like being lied to. Thanks for nothing Roxberry

I received a text, saying buy one get one free on 16 ounce smoothies. So I tried to call the store ahead of time just to make sure, and it went to voicemail every single time. When we arrived, stood in line for 20 minutes for them to say they were not participating in that deal. I really wish they wouldve answered their phone, or come up with a code that they send with the promotion text so that you can order through the app and see if that location is participating or not. I drove over 30 minutes from where I live but all my kids ended up not having enough money.
