Abundant Dental Care of Murray

Doctor Neil and the entire Abundant Dental team are excellent. He fixed a tooth I thought was a gonner. I've gone to this location for 3 years I believe and am always dealt with carefully as a dentist visit can make me quite anxious. They always calm me down.

If I could give an ADDITIONAL 5 Stars I would. This is the best dentist in Salt Lake City, the region, probably the country. Best customer service, quick and easy to schedule dental work with, payment plans, AMAZING assistants and Dr Stapleton is genuinely the most careful and gentle dentist Ive ever visited. Had to have a gnarly extraction done and his demeanor was very calming. I didnt feel a SINGLE pinch from any of the shots. Literally at all. Hes a freaking wizard! I felt super confident with him. Highly highly recommend Abundant. Years ago I saw Dr Townsend who was also incredible. From my first call to the receptionist to the dental assistant to the woman who went over the payment plans with me, everyone was 10/10.

I will update my review after my cleaning. We will see how it goes. But I called them to schedule an appointment since all dental offices are booked until July. Which is unbelievable for a simple cleaning. How can a huge city like salt lake be completely booked out until July? Yall need more dentists and if you can't get any maybe offer a program so that people can get the education they need and make it affordable. So I'm going to Murray office and I called them several times and sent them my insurance information. They never got back to me but still scheduled me anyway. I refuse to get any work done until I'm told my copay. What kind of an office schedules you and REQUIRES an insurance in advance then never gets back to you if you can even get it insured? Come on people. Update: they texted my ex, an old old number in the system for the confirmation for my appointment. Now I have to wait till JULY to be seen! Of course he said no to it. Make sure you call them TWICE before going in to make sure they scheduled you. Didn't get a copay amount. No appointment even though they said I had one. What a joke!! It is MARCH right now. Thanks alot!

I had chosen this dentist based on reviews. When seen I explained I was in a lot of pain and that I have been in pain for quite some time. They scheduled me to do work the next day and I was excited. Not even an hour before my schedule the dentist calls me to reschedule. I was so disappointed, made me lose all trust in the dentist. They made me pay for the service in advance. Why schedule someone knowing they could not do the job. Why make me ask for permission to take time from work. Very disappointing. I am still in pain and had to start all over w a different dentist. Not even the X-rays and exam that was done and sent to the new dentist were done correctly. I was told they would need to be redone again.
