I just found out yesterday that they have been charging me for 2 cars I had sold and canceled the service in person at this location. One had been sold a year ago. The other almost 6 months. The manager refunded a very small portion of what I was charged. I immediately removed my truck and wifes Mercedes. Crooks. I had been a customer for years. The west valley location closes whenever it wants to. It happens to be the closest to my house. No consistency. This 6500 south state street has the best equipment I purchased thinking oh well I can use other locations. They are all garbage. Plus turns out I was paying a little over $145 a month to wash 2 cars. Evidently every car I've sold in 5he last year and a half as well.
