I waited for several minutes before anyone acknowledged me despite having an appointment I felt like I was inconveniencing them, I also didn't get a sticker in my window to remind me when to change the oil again.

Made appointment. Waited forever. While we were waiting, they had to deal with an upset customer. That should have been our first clue. Then, we was told they diagnosed it wrong. Then they held our car for 3 days. Then he told us they didn't have the part. And they would have to order it It's been 16 days now. We are still waiting. There is no accountability here. No sense of urgency. At this point, Jiffy Lube looks like a pro auto shop. Than Chevy does right now. So, I need an oil change. They have an online schedule system. Make appt. Got there. Was told it would be 2hrs till they were able to see. Made excuse. No one wanted to come to work that day. As soon as my parts come in. I'm done. People don't ever use this company. Ever. They are a poor example of the Chevrolet brand. Finally had to go to Park City, just for an oil change. The bumper to bumper coverage is a scam. Benefits their wallets at their convenience.
