Parkview on Vine Apartments

The owners and new management company really care about the community and it shows. They have responded quickly and effectively with any concerns I have brought to their attention. They have also made sure to go the extra mile by following up and ensuring that my issue is fully resolved. It's been wonderful to see the improvements to the property and I am excited to see what else they have planned for our community!

Terrible management. They wont return calls . They are rude and unhelpful when they actually do answer the phone. I think the only communication that they will respond to is a lawsuit . Its unfortunate they wont communicate like professionals.

I was a good tenant by all accounts, except for the fact that I am willing to call them out. They took $241.95 from the refundable deposit for small items and cleaning that was done better when I moved out than when I moved in. I did take them to small claims one time and won. (They didnt want to follow the contract) I will take this time as a loss, since I need to move forward, and this review is my warning to future tenants. I will upload a photo of the items they charged me for. They already take $350 as a non refundable fee from the deposit, the $241.95 was the extra amount they took from the refundable part.
