if an application takes 24-48 hours to be approved , when will you let me know that im approved or not ? i seen in a couple reviews you guys take weeks to let a person know if theyre approved. i stay in a shelter though and my exit date is coming up soon so i need to know asap if im approved or not ! please and thanks

Brick gate is horrible the ladies in the office are rude disrespectful and they dont fix anything in these apartments, as much as I wanna speak , I dont recommend these apartments at all.

Living there was the first time Id ever had someone A. Break into my house B. Steal my car. The apartments didnt care about either situation. Nor did the cops.

Good evening, the truth is that I do not recommend, I already lived there and had a bad experience The balcony was delivered to me full of dog hair, the carpets were dirty with dog hair. The water from the dishwasher was dumped at the bottom, many anomalies, among others. They send these maintenance people and they are of no use until you even believe that they are family of the administration because they never solve anything I reported many times that I had bed bugs and cockroaches and they said that I had brought them Instead of making me angry, it made me laugh to see how ignorant they are. At the moment I went to hand over the apartment, my husband told the manager to go receive it because they had already told us what it was like and he didn't want to and now apart from the fact that they are keeping the $900 deposit they say we owe $870 more For all the anomalies that were not fixed in a year All those apartments have infestation because I have spoken to many people and they all say the same thing. I really don't recommend I'm wondering if anyone can tell me where I can go to get good advice because they don't seem to me to be so smart as to charge me for what they delivered to me damaged and dirty. And I delivered it clean and now they say they are going to charge me for even a supposed cleaning they did.

Alright, so I used to live here almost a year ago. If you are thinking about moving in here; don't. Parking is terrible, the lady's in the office don't do anything and to get maintenance to do anything it's just a bunch of waiting. The inside of the apartment is nice itself, but don't be fooled. The outside always has garbage, your parking spot if uncovered will probably be taken if you leave for 5-10 minutes. Someone will most likely be in your spot by the time you get home. The pool was NEVER opened from when we lived there, and based off reading other reviews your car will probably get broken into, and there's homeless people and drug dealers.. so to say this plainly, don't move here if you're thinking about it. We had our dogs here and nobody cleans up after their dog, hardly grass to take them outside to go potty anyways. Don't waste your time trying to get a place here, the rent is high and the management and office people suck. Thank you for taking your time to read my comment, and hopefully you made the right decision to not move in here.
